AHFC Club Equipment Policy

The following policy is applicable to all club equipment and has been put in place to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission via shared equipment.

Jackets, plastrons, masks, gloves and bodywires: 

• Are not to be shared and are available to be borrowed on a quarterly basis for a fee.
• If you need to borrow equipment, make sure it is issued by a club official and recorded in the loan book.
• You are responsible for keeping borrowed equipment in good and clean condition. Equipment returned in a damaged condition will incur a cleaning/replacement fee.
• All borrowed equipment must be presented at the start of each term for a safety inspection.
• All borrowed equipment must be returned to the club if you are not renewing your membership and at the end of each year. These items must be washed prior to returning.

•  Are available to be borrowed per session and must be returned at the end of each session. These items will be sanitised after each use in line with COVID-Safe Plan requirements.
